Domaine de la Commaraine Chambolle Musigny Les Condemennes 2023 0,75l

Chambolle-Musigny Les Condemennes from La Commaraine comes from a limestone terroir located close to the famous climats Les Charmes and Les Amoureuses. Fine clays over draining limestone scree produce an especially silky expression of Pinot Noir. The nose is packed with black and red berries, violet and a touch of white pepper. On the palate the wine is deep, juicy and very elegant, with fine tannins and precise acidity. A cool, mineral edge stretches the finish and adds finesse. Serve with veal, truffled poultry or refined game dishes.

The grape variety: Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is a refined red grape known for red cherry, raspberry, floral notes, spice and silky tannins. It is most famous in Burgundy but thrives in many cool-climate regions.

It pairs beautifully with duck, roast chicken, mushrooms, salmon, pork and game birds. Its fascination lies in finesse, fragrance and the way it expresses origin. Pinot Noir
