Madl Brut Rosé is produced at Sekthaus Christian Madl from Zweigelt and made by the traditional method of bottle fermentation. In the glass it shows an elegant salmon hue and a persistent, fine mousse. The nose reveals red berries, rosehip, hints of quince jelly and delicate floral tones. On the palate the sparkling wine has a creamy, berry-like character, a gentle touch of sweetness and well integrated acidity. The texture is supple yet lively, the perlage remains fine and persistent. This versatile rosé works beautifully as an aperitif and also complements light white meat, savoury starters and summery salads.

Traditional-method production with lees ageing since 2020 creates fine mousse and a creamy, berry-driven rosé character.
