Madl Brut Von den Weißen is a cuvée of Welschriesling, Riesling and Grüner Veltliner that highlights the elegant sparkling side of the Weinviertel. Traditional bottle fermentation creates a lively, delicate mousse. The bouquet offers yellow pome fruit, juicy pear, lime zest and subtle herbal notes. On the palate the wine is fruit driven and well balanced, with a touch of residual sweetness, fresh acidity and a salty, mineral finish. Hints of peach and light stone fruit add charm and depth. With its length and harmony this Brut is ideal as an aperitif or with light starters and gently seasoned fish dishes.
