Mrozowski Grüner Veltliner Matzner Hügel 2025 0,75l

Grüner Veltliner Matzner Hügel by organic grower Christian Mrozowski comes from an exposed hillside site in the Weinviertel. The nose offers ripe pear, yellow apple and hints of hay and tobacco, framed by a subtle smoky spice. On the palate the wine is juicy, savoury and mineral, with plenty of grip and structure. Harmonious acidity keeps it lively without sharpness. A gentle peppery kick and herbal notes carry through the long, dry finish. This is a classic yet complex Veltliner, certified organic and vegan, that pairs beautifully with schnitzel, roast chicken, fish dishes and hearty vegetarian food.

The grape variety: Grüner Veltliner
