Ingrid Groiss Grüner Veltliner Weinviertel DAC 2025 0,75l
Gruner Veltliner Weinviertel DAC from Ingrid Groiss is a pure expression of its cool northern Austrian origin. In the glass it appears pale with greenish highlights and on the nose reveals green apple, lemon, juicy pear, fine herbs and a touch of white blossom. On the palate the wine is dry, refreshing and distinctly peppery, carried by lively acidity and a slender, linear texture. Subtle stony minerality enhances the sense of freshness and drinkability. The finish is clean, citrus driven and lightly spicy. This is a quintessential Weinviertel Veltliner for fried chicken, classic Viennese dishes, fish, light salads and relaxed get togethers.
Stainless steel preserves the peppery varietal bouquet and clear fruit of the Grüner Veltliner.
