Roger Manceaux Brut Heritage Premier Cru represents the mature, complex expression of the estate. The cuvée of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay is drawn from carefully selected premier cru parcels and benefits from extended lees ageing. The bouquet opens with dried fruit, candied citrus peel, roasted nuts and fine pastry notes. On the palate the Champagne is full bodied, layered and beautifully harmonious, showing creamy texture and well integrated acidity. Subtle smoky minerality and tertiary tones underline its pedigree.
