Pol Roger Brut Réserve is the signature cuvée of the house, blending Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from a wide selection of Champagne crus. A generous proportion of reserve wines and extended lees ageing bring depth and remarkable finesse to the mousse. The bouquet opens with pear, citrus, white flowers and hints of jasmine and brioche. On the palate the wine is both energetic and creamy, driven by fresh acidity and a fine, persistent bead. Flavours of stone fruit, nuts and subtle honey linger on the finish. A highly versatile Brut, perfect as an apéritif and equally at home with starters, poultry or fish in light sauces.
In Épernay, Pol Roger was born from a family’s quiet courage: in 1849 the young founder chose measured precision over spectacle, and restraint became the House’s lasting signature. Beneath the chalk walls, the rhythm is patient—pupitres, remuage, and long calm weeks where nothing is rushed. Generations later, the family still guards that line—trusting time in the cellar, and the intimate craft of weaving vintages into a steadfast identity, where greatness is felt in nuance rather than announced....

The grape variety: Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is a refined red grape known for red cherry, raspberry, floral notes, spice and silky tannins. It is most famous in Burgundy but thrives in many cool-climate regions.
It pairs beautifully with duck, roast chicken, mushrooms, salmon, pork and game birds. Its fascination lies in finesse, fragrance and the way it expresses origin.
