Mantlerhof Neuburger Hommage is a heartfelt tribute to a traditional Kremstal grape variety. The fruit comes from organically farmed vineyards around Gedersdorf and is fermented with native yeasts, giving the wine a very individual expression. The bouquet shows white pear, juicy apple, gentle herbal spice and hints of orange zest. On the palate it is supple and elegant, with a graceful sense of weight, fine acidity and a touch of honeydew melon on the finish. The texture is creamy yet refreshing, making the wine easy to drink while still refined. It is a versatile partner for fish, vegetarian dishes and subtly seasoned classic cuisine.
Stainless steel ageing keeps the freshness precise while the variety retains its creamy, opulent texture.
