Mantlerhof Roter Veltliner Reisenthal 2025 0,75l

Mantlerhof Roter Veltliner Reisenthal is sourced from a steep single vineyard with deep loess soils and ranks among the flagship wines of this historic variety. The grape bears pale red skins at full ripeness and yields structured white wines with impressive ageing potential. The bouquet combines yellow tropical fruit, ripe pear, orange peel and a fine herbal spice. On the palate the wine is dense and creamy yet taut, supported by balanced acidity and a gently nutty, mineral undertone. The powerful, persistent finish clearly reflects its origin and old vine depth. A distinctive companion for flavourful fish, poultry and mature cheeses.

Six months in stainless steel preserve clarity and allow the wine to mature with an elegant, well-defined structure.

Mantlerhof

Between Danube terraces and loess‑rich slopes, the Mantlerhof in Gedersdorf, Kremstal, crafts a distinctly organic Austrian profile rooted in family continuity. The estate has been farmed for more than two centuries, and its lore—care for Roter Veltliner and the Neuburger story tied to the region—adds depth without turning the wines into nostalgia....
