Grappa di Arneis by Marolo is made from the pomace of the aromatic Arneis grape from the Roero hills and shows a particularly elegant, crystal-clear style. Gentle distillation preserves the character of the variety, with delicate floral notes of wild rose, white blossom, pear and fresh herbs on the nose. On the palate the grappa is soft, silky and well balanced, offering fine fruit, restrained spice and a dry, clean finish. The aromas are subtle yet precise, with no harsh edges or heaviness.
