Grappa di Barolo Barriques from Marolo is produced from Nebbiolo da Barolo pomace and aged for several years in small oak barriques. Barrel maturation gives the spirit a deep amber colour and a generous bouquet of vanilla, sweet spice, caramel and dried fruit. On the palate the grappa is full‑bodied and warm, with a creamy texture and well‑integrated oak. Power and smoothness remain in fine balance, and the flavours linger gracefully. The style is distinctly Piedmontese: expressive yet elegant and inviting. A perfect way to end a hearty meal, especially alongside hazelnut‑based desserts or pastries.
