Distilleria Marolo blends local wines with botanicals such as bitter orange, gentian and lemon balm, complemented by burnt sugar that adds depth and a warm amber hue. The nose is fresh, spicy and balsamic, with notes of citrus peel, herbs and subtle sweetness.
