Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru Les Guérets from Les Parcellaires de Saulx comes from a stony slope that gives Pinot Noir with depth and natural structure. The bouquet is refined and aromatic, showing red berries, cherry and cranberry alongside hints of violet, forest floor and delicate spice. On the palate the wine is creamy and complex, combining juicy fruit with silky tannins and well-judged acidity. Blackberry and cassis notes add dimension to the vibrant red-fruit core, while a chalky, mineral edge brings focus. The finish is fresh, long and savoury, making Les Guérets a superb partner for roasted beef or veal, poultry and game dishes.
