Pavillon blanc du Ch.Margaux Bordeaux – A true delight from Bordeaux
Pavillon Blanc du Château Margaux is the estate’s iconic white wine, produced from meticulously selected Sauvignon Blanc parcels in Margaux. The bouquet is intense and pure, offering grapefruit, lime and lemon zest alongside white peach, elderflower and lemongrass. On the palate the wine combines density with electric freshness, displaying juicy citrus, ripe stone fruit and a pronounced saline minerality. A subtle creaminess from lees ageing is perfectly balanced by racy acidity, giving length and precision. Hints of herbs and discreet oak add complexity. The long, crystalline finish makes Pavillon Blanc a superb match for fine fish dishes, seafood or delicate vegetable cuisine.
