Belle Epoque Brut from Perrier-Jouët is an iconic cuvée that marries delicacy with depth. The bouquet opens with white flowers, nashi pear and white peach, followed by grapefruit, citrus zest and a hint of brioche. On the palate the Champagne is silky and precise, with very fine bubbles, juicy yellow fruit and subtle herbal notes. Lively, perfectly knit acidity brings tension and lift, while nuances of hazelnut, honey and biscuit add length and complexity. A mineral-tinged finish lingers gracefully. Belle Epoque shines alongside refined seafood, sushi, delicate poultry dishes or simply on its own for moments of celebration.
Extended lees ageing brings fine maturity, creamy depth and elegant brioche notes to the cuvée.
