Blason Rosé Brut from Perrier-Jouët is a generous yet refined rosé Champagne, blending Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The bouquet bursts with ripe red and black berries, pomegranate and blood orange, wrapped in aromas of rose and honeysuckle. On the palate it is full-bodied and juicy, with creamy mousse, concentrated berry fruit and a touch of spice. Notes of cassis cream, raspberry and a hint of lime bring freshness and complexity. The structure is powerful but silky, leading to a long, fruit-driven finish. Blason Rosé is a superb partner for tuna, salmon, poultry, mildly spiced Asian dishes or simply enjoyed on its own.
