Syrah In Purezza from Baglio di Pianetto is sourced from high-altitude vineyards on mainly clay soils in northern Sicily, combining Mediterranean ripeness with cool tension. The bouquet reveals dark berries, blackberry and blueberry, alongside black pepper, violets and a touch of liquorice. On the palate the wine is dense and succulent, with ripe fruit, polished tannins and supportive acidity. Flavours of black cherry, spice and a hint of cocoa create depth. The texture is full yet balanced, leading to a long, savoury, fruit-laden finish. A flexible red to pair with grilled meats, lamb, hearty stews and mature cheeses.
Ageing for 14 months in stainless steel tank preserves juicy Syrah fruit and its spicy, peppery style.

That split lets the house play tension—upland freshness and inland lift on one side, coastal Mediterranean ease on the other....
