Porfidio Dolce X is a fortified Vino de Agave that combines the sweetness of a dessert wine with the distinctive character of pure blue agave. Partially fermented agave juice is blended with a spirit distilled exclusively from blue agave, resulting in a deeply coloured wine. The nose offers aromas of dried figs, dates, caramel, honey and subtle herbal notes. On the palate Dolce X is rich, velvety and layered, with a natural sweetness reminiscent of late‑harvest wines and Port. Served chilled or slightly cool, it is an original alternative to classic dessert wines and pairs beautifully with chocolate, nut‑based pastries or blue cheeses.
