Pratsch Stefan Frizzante Rosé Trocken 0,75l

S. Pratsch Frizzante Rosé Trocken is an organically farmed sparkling wine from Austria’s Weinviertel region, made from Zweigelt and Sankt Laurent. Loess soils around Hohenruppersdorf lend the wine its juicy fruit and gentle spice. The bouquet is reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants, with floral overtones. On the palate a fine, creamy mousse wraps around fresh berry flavours and a subtle touch of sweetness. Lively acidity keeps the wine light and refreshing from the first sip to the last. It is a charming all‑rounder for aperitif, buffet dishes or relaxed evenings on the terrace.

Pratsch Stefan

Between soft loess ridges and pockets of limestone in the Weinviertel, “Wine by S. Pratsch” from Hohenruppersdorf captures a distinctly modern Austrian voice—guided by Stefan Pratsch, who united two long‑rooted local wine families into one estate....

The grape variety: Zweigelt

Zweigelt is Austria''s leading red grape, producing cherry-scented wines with soft tannins, fresh acidity and gentle spice. It is a crossing of Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent.

The variety is appealing because it is juicy, versatile and food-friendly. Pair Zweigelt with roast chicken, pork, schnitzel, burgers, mushrooms and mild cheeses.
