Morillon Ried Sernauberg from Weingut Riegelnegg is a powerful yet refined Chardonnay from Südsteiermark. The bouquet opens with ripe yellow fruit, peach and mango, lifted by a gentle buttery note. On the palate the wine is dense and creamy, offering flavours of white chocolate and subtle spice. Fresh acidity and fine phenolic grip provide structure and length. The mineral character of the Sernauberg site remains clearly present throughout. A long, layered finish brings fruit, creaminess and savoury nuances together in a very harmonious way.

Stainless steel ageing keeps the fruit precise and lets the soft, creamy texture come clearly to the fore.
