The grapes are hand‑picked, gently pressed and fermented with native yeasts in large old casks. The bouquet offers varietal citrus notes, ripe pineapple, gentle spice and hints of wild herbs. On the palate the wine is juicy, linear and intensely mineral, with precise fruit and a distinctly salty finish. Lively, well‑integrated acidity provides tension and plenty of drive.
