Morgentau Bitter from The Seventh Sense pays tribute to flower meadows in the Swiss valleys at daybreak. It is built on a dry Riesling eau‑de‑vie from Ettingen that is infused with selected blossoms from the Leimental region. On the nose you find delicate floral notes, bright grape, herbs, dew‑fresh grass and a touch of citrus. On the palate the bitter is dry, intense and fragrant, with clear structure and restrained bitterness. A few drops refine gin and tonic, crisp highballs or light aperitifs with an elegant sense of place. In this way Morgentau forms a subtle bridge between alpine landscape and contemporary cocktail culture.
