Revolte Tiki Bitter from The Seventh Sense was created together with Revolte Rum and captures classic tiki flavours in a compact format. Up front are spicy notes of cinnamon, chili and allspice, rounded by a juicy, ripe pineapple impression. On the nose the bitters recall dried pineapple, clove, cinnamon bark, pepper and dark rum. On the palate they are warm, exotic and powerful, with sweet fruit, tingling spice and a dry, aromatic finish. They instantly add depth and tropical complexity to rum highballs, Mai Tai riffs or alcohol free tiki drinks. A few dashes can stand in for elaborate spice-and-fruit mixes whenever fresh juices are not an option.
