Trediberri’s Barbera d’Alba captures the powerful, fruit driven side of this Piedmont variety. The wine is made without oak and shows a dark, vibrant colour with purple highlights. On the nose you find juicy cherry, plum and forest berries, lifted by violet tones, gentle spice and a touch of earth. On the palate it is full bodied and lively, with pure fruit, firm but well integrated acidity and a warming, balanced alcohol. This freshness makes it a great partner for bollito misto, rich pasta dishes, braised meats or a rustic cheese board. A characterful Barbera d’Alba that puts drinkability and varietal typicity ahead of oak influence.
