Trediberri Barolo del Comune di La Morra docg 2018 0,75l

Trediberri’s Barolo del Comune di La Morra is a layered Nebbiolo blend sourced from several sites within the village. In the glass it shows a vibrant garnet colour with a slightly paler rim. The nose offers dark cherry, red berries and pomegranate together with rose petals, herbal notes, tar and fine spice. On the palate the Barolo is juicy and elegant, with ripe fruit, bright acidity and tightly knit yet polished tannins. A soft, delicate mid palate and deep, lingering finish capture the classical character of La Morra. This is an authentic Barolo that combines cellar worthiness with immediate gastronomic appeal.

Around 20 months in large oak casks give the Barolo depth, calm maturity and a harmonious structure.

Trediberri

On the western edge of Barolo, in La Morra, a quiet new voice has spoken since 2007: Trediberri. The idea is disarmingly simple—let Nebbiolo read the Langhe, with clarity rather than bravado....

The grape variety: Nebbiolo

Nebbiolo produces pale but powerful red wines with cherry, rose, spice, high acidity and firm tannins.

It is especially famous in Barolo and Barbaresco and pairs beautifully with braised meat, truffle dishes, mushrooms, game and aged cheese. Nebbiolo
