This Sancerre rouge presents Pinot Noir in a cool, finely etched Loire expression. The bouquet opens with sour cherry, wild raspberry, redcurrant, delicate herbs and a floral violet lift. On the palate it is fresh, precise and elegant rather than heavy. Domaine Vacheron’s biodynamic approach gives the wine clarity, tension and a strong sense of place. Silky tannins frame the fruit with quiet confidence. A mineral line recalls the flint and limestone character of Sancerre. It is an excellent choice for roast poultry, veal, mushroom dishes or refined bistro-style cooking.
