The grape variety: Zierfandler

Zierfandler is a rare Austrian white grape, especially linked to the Thermenregion. It produces wines with ripe orchard fruit, citrus brightness, gentle spice and a firm, often age-worthy structure.

It pairs well with poultry, veal, creamy dishes, mushrooms and flavourful fish. For wine lovers seeking something distinctive, Zierfandler brings regional character and quiet complexity to the glass.
