Belleville Rully blanc La Crée is an elegant Chardonnay from the Côte Chalonnaise that reflects the finesse of the La Crée site on limestone‑rich soils. The wine is aged for several months in oak barrels, a proportion of them new, adding structure and spice without masking its freshness. On the nose it shows citrus notes, green apple, white flowers and gentle herbal tones, backed by subtle vanilla and a hint of roasted hazelnut. On the palate La Crée is medium‑bodied, clean and precise, with juicy acidity and a creamy mid‑palate. Flavours of lemon, apple and ripe pear combine with mineral nuances and discreet toasty notes. The finish is fresh, elegant and of medium to long length. A versatile white wine that pairs very well with fish, seafood, poultry or vegetable dishes of modern cuisine.

Ageing for 12 months in oak with 25% new barrels gives the mineral Chardonnay fruit rounded texture and fine toasted notes.
