BruXo No.2 Pechuga is crafted through a traditional triple distillation in which a basket of fruits and spices is suspended in the still during the final run. The Espadín agave from high-altitude Oaxacan sites provides an earthy, smoky backbone that blends beautifully with the aromatics. The nose reveals ripe fruit, warm spices, dried herbs and a gentle sweetness. On the palate it is full-bodied, layered and smooth, with restrained smoke and a delicate spicy texture. The harmony of fruit, spice and mineral tones creates one of the most expressive mezcals in the BruXo range. The finish is long and rounded, with hints of cinnamon and dried fruit.
