BruXo No.3 is distilled from Barril agave, a member of the Karwinskii family known for its elegant structure and herbal-mineral expression. The underground roasting of the piñas imparts a clean, dry smokiness. The nose presents fresh herbs, citrus, white pepper and dried wood. On the palate the mezcal is taut, precise and aromatic, balancing herbal notes with gentle sweetness and deep minerality. The texture remains slender, and the smoke stays subtle and well integrated. The finish is long, spicy and earthy.
