This Franciacorta reveals the silkiest expression of the appellation and combines precision with elegance. Made entirely from Chardonnay, it offers a fine, persistent mousse that feels creamy and beautifully composed in the glass. After gentle pressing, part of the base wine matures in temperature-controlled stainless steel while another portion develops in small oak barrels. The blend then rests on the lees to gain extra depth. Floral notes, subtle toast and bright fruit shape the bouquet. On the palate, freshness, structure and softness stay in convincing balance. That harmony makes it an excellent aperitif and a refined match for seafood, delicate fish dishes and elegant starters.

Part of the Chardonnay matures in stainless steel and part in small oak barrelss; more than 30 months on the lees add finesse and mineral length.
