Marolo’s Grappa di Nebbiolo Invecchiato is made from carefully selected Nebbiolo pomace sourced in Piedmont. After distillation the spirit is rested in stainless-steel tanks before spending time in oak casks, gaining extra depth and complexity. The bouquet combines floral and spicy notes with subtle hints of toasted oak. On the palate the grappa is dense and characterful, offering slightly bitter spice, fine wood tones and a well-knit structure. The finish is warm, lingering and distinctly spicy.
