| Discover the character of Chapoutier Côte Rôtie La Mordorée Degustation Verticale | |
| The M. Chapoutier Côte-Rôtie La Mordorée Degustation OWC12 is a wooden-case selection built around the iconic La Mordorée cuvée. It showcases top syrah from schist and gneiss slopes in Côte-Rôtie, partly co-fermented with a small share of viognier. The wines display intense aromas of blueberry, dark cherry and cassis, supported by violets, pepper, smoke and subtle toasted notes. On the palate they range from powerful to more filigreed expressions depending on the vintage, but always show silky texture, fine tannins and impressive length. This tasting case allows collectors to explore the nuances of different barrels or years and pairs beautifully with high-end cuisine based on beef, lamb and game. | |
