Discover the character of Chapoutier Le Meal BLANC Degustation Verticale
The M. Chapoutier Ermitage Le Méal Blanc Degustation Verticale OWC is a special wooden-case selection built around the single-parcel wine Le Méal Blanc. Depending on the release it may bring together several vintages or distinct cask selections, allowing tasters to follow the evolution of this marsanne from one of the warmest slopes of the Hermitage hill. Typical traits include a golden hue, aromas of white pear, peach, candied citrus and acacia blossom, with subtle spice and deep minerality. On the palate the wines combine richness and creaminess with a precise structure, fine bitterness and a long, salty finish. This vertical case is perfect for serious tastings, collectors and festive menus featuring fish, shellfish, veal and characterful vegetable dishes.
