On the palate Granilites is medium-bodied, combining a creamy texture with vibrant, mineral-driven acidity. The silky mouthfeel and fresh, gently saline finish give both charm and ageing potential. A refined northern Rhône white to pair with roasted fish, shellfish, poultry, veal and aromatic vegetable dishes.
