The vineyard covers only a few hectares and is planted mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Franc on clay-limestone soils that produce dense, vibrant wines. Vinification is carried out plot by plot in concrete or stainless-steel vats, followed by ageing in a high proportion of new oak barrels. The bouquet offers ripe red and black berries, plum, violets and rose petals, mingling with hints of smoke, spice and wet stone.
