Poesia Saint Emilion gc. – A True Delight from St.Emilion
Château Poesia Saint‑Émilion Grand Cru is sourced from a high limestone plateau on the eastern side of the appellation, where old vines of Merlot and Cabernet Franc produce naturally low yields. The bouquet combines ripe black cherry, cassis and mulberry with notes of violets, crushed stone, spice and discreet new oak. On the palate the wine is medium to full‑bodied, silky and vibrant, showing layered dark fruit, fine‑grained tannins and a distinct mineral line. Lively acidity keeps everything in balance and carries a long, perfumed finish. This refined Grand Cru pairs beautifully with roasted beef, lamb or game birds and has the structure to reward extended cellaring.
