DiamAndes Perlita Chardonnay is the estate’s approachable, fruit-driven chardonnay from the Uco Valley. Vinified and aged in stainless steel, it spends several months on fine lees, gaining body and creaminess while retaining freshness. The nose shows tropical fruit, pear and apple with hints of melon, banana and gentle spice. On the palate Perlita is rounded, juicy and easy-drinking, offering a soft texture and moderate, well-integrated acidity. Subtle creaminess is lifted by clean fruit and a refreshing finish. It is a highly versatile everyday white, ideal with salads, pasta, poultry, fish dishes and relaxed get-togethers.
