Rutini Trumpeter Malbec showcases a fruit-forward expression of Malbec from the Uco Valley. Deep ruby in colour, it offers aromas of forest berries, cherry and plum with a touch of violet. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, ripe and aromatic, packed with dark fruit notes and hints of cinnamon, sweet spice and a gentle cocoa character. Firm yet silky tannins are beautifully balanced by refreshing acidity. This keeps the generous style vibrant and easy to drink. A long finish brings back berries, spice and a subtle hint of cardamom. An excellent choice with steak, stews and richly seasoned pasta dishes.
