The blend, dominated by sauvignon, is fermented at cool temperatures to capture bright fruit and crisp freshness. The nose shows zesty grapefruit and lime, subtle herbal tones and a hint of exotic fruit. On the palate it is lively, juicy and persistent, with crunchy acidity and a light, easy-going body.
