At the foot of Mont Ventoux, Domaine de Tara crafts Terre d'Ocres Blanc as a characterful white wine that reflects the ochre-coloured soils around Roussillon. The blend is dominated by Grenache Blanc and Clairette, harvested by hand and vinified with great care. On the nose, delicate floral aromas meet notes of citrus, white stone fruit and a subtle hint of exotic nuances. On the palate the wine is fresh and mineral, with juicy fruit, well-balanced acidity and a fine, silky texture. A discreet weight on the mid-palate gives depth without heaviness and leads into a long, precise finish. Terre d'Ocres Blanc is an ideal partner for fish, seafood, poultry and refined vegetable dishes.
