Orca Ventoux Rouge comes from old vines on the slopes of Mont Ventoux and showcases the powerful side of the southern Rhône. The nose offers dense aromas of dark berries, black cherry and cassis, wrapped in gentle notes of tobacco and liquorice. On the palate the wine is rich and concentrated, with a generous core of ripe fruit and a velvety mouthfeel. Fine, melting oak tannins supply structure while hints of garrigue, coffee roast and spice add layers of complexity. A lively freshness keeps the finish long and balanced. This is a characterful red for hearty dishes such as slow‑cooked lamb, game or robust stews.
