The altitude of 875 metres brings cool nights, helping to preserve bright acidity and fragrance. Aromas of lemon, green apple and peach mingle with hints of tropical fruit, vanilla and gentle oak. On the palate the wine is creamy yet taut, with a fine line of minerality and a refreshing, mouth-watering finish.
