On the palate this Pinot Noir is initially soft and rounded before its powerful tannins and dense, compact structure unfold. The acidity remains fresh and precise and carries the juicy fruit into a very long, layered finish. A great, age-worthy Grand Cru that pairs beautifully with game, slow-cooked beef or fine cheeses.
