The nose reveals citrus zest, white peach, white flowers and a hint of fresh mint, framed by elegant toasted notes. On the palate this Chardonnay is concentrated, silky and precise, with firm, chalky minerality and excellent aromatic persistence. Lively, perfectly integrated acidity lends freshness and tension to the generous body. This majestic Grand Cru has impressive cellaring potential and is a superb partner for fine fish, lobster, scallops or refined, creamy dishes. Served not too cold, it reveals ever more layers of fruit, spice and stony depth with each sip.
