On the palate this Chardonnay is concentrated, silky and precise, with firm, chalky minerality and excellent aromatic persistence. Lively, perfectly integrated acidity lends freshness and tension to the generous body. This majestic Grand Cru has impressive cellaring potential and is a superb partner for fine fish, lobster, scallops or refined, creamy dishes.
