Weissburgunder WB by Ewald Zweytick is sourced from selected sites in southern Styria and presents Pinot Blanc in a dense yet elegant style. The bouquet combines yellow apple, ripe pear and a touch of stone fruit with subtle nutty and floral hints. On the palate the wine is creamy and well structured, supported by fine, lively acidity and a cool mineral backbone. Delicate notes reminiscent of fresh bread crust add depth and complexity. The texture is silky without ever feeling heavy, leading into a long finish of yellow fruit and gentle spice. A highly versatile food wine that pairs beautifully with poultry, fish, risotto, mild cheeses or refined vegetable dishes.
