Meursault Premier Cru Blagny from Domaine Faiveley comes from higher-altitude parcels on the border between Meursault and Puligny and unites lively freshness with creamy depth. The bouquet reveals citrus, almonds and white flowers, complemented by ripe peach and subtle oak spice. On the palate this Chardonnay is precise and juicy, with firm acidity and a supple, mouth-coating texture. Delicate toasted and nutty notes add complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit. A long, mineral-driven finish makes this premier cru a superb partner for fine fish, shellfish, poultry or rich pasta dishes.
