Musigny Grand Cru from Domaine Faiveley is one of the rare icons of the Côte de Nuits, combining great power with exquisite finesse. The vines lie high above the Clos de Vougeot on stony, limestone-rich soils and yield Pinot Noir of outstanding concentration. The bouquet reveals dark cherry, blackberry and violet, intertwined with exotic spice, refined toast and a hint of graphite. On the palate the wine is silky, deep and multi-layered, with remarkable length and perfectly ripe tannins. A truly collectible grand cru, ideal with refined game dishes, pigeon or top-quality beef.

Eighteen months in French oak barrels matures the Pinot Noir in small lots and provides a precise, elegant oak frame.
