Barbera d’Alba Ciabot du Re from Fratelli Revello is the estate’s flagship Barbera, sourced from carefully chosen vineyards around La Morra. The bouquet is enticing, with ripe dark cherries, blackberry and amarena, joined by violet, eucalyptus and subtle toasted notes. On the palate the wine is full‑bodied and intense, showing juicy, concentrated fruit, fine‑grained tannins and well‑integrated fresh acidity. Flavours of dark chocolate, vanilla, coffee and black pepper add complexity to the berry core. The finish is long, spicy and warm. A modern, characterful Barbera that shines with braised beef, lamb, rich pasta dishes or mature hard cheeses.
